At Rivenhill Ventures, our story is one of building—building relationships, businesses, and communities. We began as local church pastors, committed to serving others and creating meaningful connections. That calling took us to the Czech Republic as tentmaker missionaries, where we not only invested in real estate but also launched two successful businesses: UpWord, an English teaching company, and Barcodes, a venture specializing in digital solutions.
After returning to the United States, we brought that entrepreneurial spirit home, starting and successfully exiting a business within two years. Fueled by our experience and passion, we founded a building company, where we’ve combined our commitment to excellence with decades of leadership, business development, and construction expertise.
Today, Rivenhill Ventures is the continuation of these experiences. We’re focused on creating lasting value through custom home building, real estate development, and strategic investment partnerships. Guided by faith, family, and a desire to build a brighter future, we’re honored to serve our clients and communities with integrity and care.

Nestled in a sought-after neighborhood, it offers convenient access to top-rated schools, lush parks, and local amenities—perfect for families and professionals alike. Crafted by BlockBuilt Construction, our in-house building company, this home is constructed using advanced Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF), delivering superior energy efficiency, unmatched durability, and eco-friendly sustainability. Built to withstand even the harshest weather, including tornadoes, this home offers peace of mind alongside comfort and functionality. With thoughtful design and meticulous attention to detail, it’s more than just a home—it’s BlockBuilt to last.

Marek Mudrik
President
Marek Mudrik, originally from Prague, is an entrepreneur and leader of BlockBuilt Construction, with a diverse background in theology, business, and construction.
An East Coast native and former expat in Prague, Elaine is now building a family-driven real estate venture in Illinois focused on people and relationships.
Born in Springfield, Illinois, Rebekah combines admin and construction experience, including managing a multi-million-dollar project, with a strong work ethic and leadership at Rivenhill Ventures.
